We want you to be absolutely in love with your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Conditions for Return: • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. • All original tags must be attached. • Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Return Process: • Contact our customer support team at returns@lologlam.co.za with your order number to start the return process. • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that your return item has been received. • We will then notify you further about the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund. • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping for Returns: To return your product, please send us an email and we will provide you with the shipping address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Rates: • Standard Shipping (Gauteng): R110 • Standard Shipping (Outside Gauteng): R150 • Remote Areas: Additional charges may apply for remote locations • Free Shipping: Orders over R1500 qualify for free standard shipping Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes 1-4 business days maximum. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. Delivery Areas: We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa. Additional charges apply for remote areas. International shipping is not available at this time.
